Welcome to Haute Infrared Studio, a one of a kind, health spa located in Montrose, California, less than 10 minutes from Glendale, Burbank and Pasadena. Our unique wellness routine, the Jump-Sauna System®, features trampoline rebounding, a sweat session in our private Infrared Saunas and Halotherapy in our Salt Room.

BOUNCE

The first step in our unique detox program. Trampoline rebounding. Jumping on a mini trampoline is easy for everyone and will double your sauna benefits with as little as five minutes.

SWEAT

After your rebounding session, step into your private infrared sauna and let your body relax and detox. Use the medical grade Chromotherapy lights to increase the benefits of your session.

RECHARGE

Once you’ve let out a good sweat, you’ll come into our peaceful salt room where you can lay on our zero gravity chairs and let your body recharge with the benefits of Halotherapy.
